  • Scraping: We scrape, wire brush and sand all loose and peeling paint.
  • Wood repair: We replace & repair rotted wood as identified in the estimate we provide.
  • Priming: We use primer specifically designed for your home’s exterior surface, and we carefully brush by hand to seal all exposed wood, metal, and plastics.
  • Caukling: We seal your house from the elements with a high-quality caulk. We thoroughly caulk all:
    seams
    • seams.
    • nail heads. 
    • eaves. 
    • windows.
    • doors.
  • Painting: Using the highest quality paints, we spray, brush, and roll all surfaces. We apply as many coats needed to ensure a quality finish.
  • Clean up: Before we leave, we make sure we have removed all trash and empty containers from your property. We won’t fill up your garbage bins with our trash.
